The service

GoSpace provides editable room, garden, office and single-floor home concepts. Use it only where you can lawfully accept these terms or with the authorization needed under applicable law. Optional account and paid features depend on the operator’s configuration.

Planning limits

Plans are concepts, not construction drawings, surveys, engineering advice or a statement of compliance with building, fire, accessibility or planning rules. Verify dimensions on site and obtain qualified advice before purchasing, constructing or making safety-critical changes. Generation uses bounded heuristics and may not find a feasible layout. You must review generated and manually edited plans.

Your plans and permitted use

You retain rights in the content you provide. You give the operator only the permission needed to store, process and display it to provide the features you request, including sharing with link holders or enabled providers. This does not transfer ownership of your plans. Only upload content you are entitled to use. Keep backups of work you need.

Do not access other users’ projects without permission, distribute malware, bypass account or usage limits, overload the service, or use it unlawfully. You are responsible for account credentials and for links you share. Revoke a link if it should no longer be accessible.

Storage and account access

Guest projects belong to your current browser storage and can be lost if site data is cleared or evicted. Server features have project and storage limits shown in the product. Reaching a history limit can remove older versions. Account saves may require you to resolve a revision conflict. The operator may restrict access to address abuse or security incidents; any action remains subject to applicable law. Export data before deleting your account or local projects.

Optional subscriptions and cancellation

If paid subscriptions are enabled, the checkout must show the price, taxes, billing interval, renewal terms and applicable cancellation information before purchase. Manage subscription opens the billing portal. Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions. Contact the operator for billing errors, refunds or withdrawal requests. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other statutory rights. No blanket waiver of those rights is made here.

Availability and responsibility

The operator does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every layout is suitable for a particular purpose. Errors, maintenance and browser storage limits may affect use. Responsibility for loss or defective service is determined by applicable law and any valid service agreement; nothing here excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and questions

Material changes to these terms or paid service features should be notified in advance where required. They do not retroactively remove accrued rights. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections determine rights and dispute procedures; no exclusive jurisdiction is imposed here. Use Contact for service, privacy or billing questions.
