Start with the planner documentation for saving, exports, versions and account conflicts.
For a technical issue, include your browser and operating system, what you tried, the error text and whether it affects a local or account project. A redacted screenshot can help. Do not send passwords, cookies, payment-card details or private share links. Attach a plan only if you are comfortable sharing its contents.
Privacy and billing requests
For privacy requests, identify the account email and the request. For billing, use the email from your purchase and a receipt reference; do not include full card numbers. Account deletion and subscription management are available in account settings when enabled. Response times and a support service level have not been promised.
